through indepent brokers. If a broker solicits

on your home or anywhere that is not the seller's fixed location for business, where goods are offered for sale, then this is a solicitation sale. If you do not want the goods , you may cancel this agreement by providing written notice to the seller in person ,by telegram,or by mail.This notice must indicate that you do not want the goods or services and must be delivered or post marked before midnight of the third business day . If you cancel the agreement within three days the entire product purchased must be returned to the nearest Texas Steaks location.

The seller may not keep all or part of any cash down payment . To cancel this agreement , just contact the corporate office in the  manner set fourth above.
